Omnitool is well-equipped with 3- and 5-axis CNC equipment that can perform a variety of machining operations. Several of our CNC machines possess an 80-inch part capacity. These large machines are capable of running big jobs with reduced set-ups which save time in production and create a more precise part. By partnering our large machines with smaller, high-speed equipment, we achieve full-service precision machining operations within a broad spectrum of vertical and horizontal machining capabilities.

Our skilled technicians perform machining operations including; milling, turning, threading, and profiling and EDM services for the creation of intricate parts from hard-to-machine materials. If we don’t have it in house we work with a very capable list of suppliers to get the job done right.

Omnitool has extensive experience turning exotic and basic materials. Our ability to hold tolerances is backed up by our quality control system.
Precision Tested
Completed parts are tested and documented using coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure all final work meets our clients’ specific project requirements.
